28.august 2008 - album finished!
finally the album "no fear required" is finished. it took four years of hard work, countless sleepless nights and a douzen nervous breakdowns to make it happen, but in the end i'm proud as hell. check out the outcome, listen to the songs, make comments in the guestbook or order directly ;O)
6. april 2008 - album-countdown
the realease-date for the new album is finally fixed. the album will be available at the end of august (28.8.08). now, there's some pressure on me, but there's also the perpektive of holding the album in my hands - the end is near, soon all the 14 new tracks are ready to hit the listener...yes! you can see the album countdown here.
1.february 2008 - islenska
the song "ocean is near" was used in the documentary "islenska". the film was produced by the french director cécile cusin in cooperation with marmot mountain. the outcome is a very nice DVD with a lot of features on it. every involved musician has his own musicians-section. even the musicvideo for "the single window" can be watched. if someone is interested in a DVD, just drop me a line.
31.january 2008 - musicvideo ready!
the musicvideo for "the single window" is finally done! it was a hell of a work, but it was worth it. after 3 nights of filming and 2 weeks of editing the fil was ready for the screen. you can see the outcome here.

the first musicvideo of martin herzberg is under construction. it will be shot this winter and if everything works out, it soon will be available as a free download on several websites.

to make listening to samples more comfortable, an audiostream-solution is coming soon. the flash player, which will be available this year, will be able to play all the tracks released on this website..

working on 2 albums simultaneously is harder than I expected. nevertheless, 2007 will be the year of new releases. the martin herzberg album no.2 and the likeminded debut-album will soon reach their final stage of construction. we're very sorry for the delay, but as you probably know: the longer the waiting...the better the music ;o)
25.january 2006 - back again
after the return from our morocco-surftrip (luckily, we are all still in a good shape), I found my home filled with work. the good thing: although the likeminded members are very busy with their individual "careers", we still meet regularly. this means that it's still possible to finish the first likeminded album this year. so if you think "nothing is moving", then your wrong. we're on it.

23.november 2005 - mp3.de sampler
"urlaub für die ohren", this is the title of a chill-out sampler which was compiled by mp3.de in association with weg.de. why do I mention this here? because the song "ocean is near" is part of it. a few hundred copies were made for advertisement reasons. we'll see what's the outcome...

the website received a huge update. new feature like shop, live or filmmusic are making the site more interesting. especially the downloadable content increased. e.g. a new mp3 (complete song) of likeminded is available and wants to be downloaded. furthermore, two complete short movies can be seen and transfered to your harddrive. get it.
22.april 2005 - sampler
on www.lostfrontier.org, a free chillout-sampler is available. it's an international compilation from independent artist and worth a click. the song "ocean is near" is part of it so give it a go and pay a visit.

one the free music databases mp3.de and download.com, the song "a restless stay" was downloaded 5000 times. the average number of downloads is increasing weekly.

a new order form makes the ordering of the CD "silent mirror inside" less complicated. now it is even possible to specify any special wishes and to choose from different payment-methods.

the look of the old guestbook never fited into the whole website-presentation. thats the reason a new one was designed. make yourself part of it here. especially entrys in english or other languages are welcome. this guestbook just needs more of them.

22.december 2004 - bilingual
incredible new feature ;o)! the website can be viewed in two languages. english and german. as I recognized, that so much visitors are from the U.S. or England, it was urgently necessary to translate the full website. I did it with joy, cause now the music will cross international borders (please forgive the mistakes of my translation).
1.december 2004 - 1000 downloads
the song "a restless stay", which I offer for free at different portals of the internet (for example mp3.de or download.com), was downloaded a 1000 times within 4 weeks. at mp3.de it went up to the 4th place of the jazz-charts. see a review from download.com here.
20.october 2004 - live
literature and music? you can get it at the 20th of october. I will make a guest-concert in a cafe where the "lautmaler" (literature) regularly have their lectures. it'll be a colorfull evening. entrance: 2 euro (cafe baiz, torstraße).
28.june 2004 - 9.7. now or soon, premiere
so then, the date for the premiere will be the 7th of june. beside the mainmovie "now or soon", the arla connection proudly presents other projects of the present and the past. live-music won't be missing. everyone who is interested in young, independet ideas is invited.
10.may 2004 - now or soon
finally, after two years of work, the first independet short-movie "now or soon" is ready to present it to an audience. I composed the score at some sleepless nights (the songs will be downloadable for free, soon). the public premiere will be fixed within the next two month. more information comes shortly.

pre-announcement: soon, there'll be the first song of the chill-out project "audio arcade" downloadable. the band (mundt, herzberg, lutz) is working on an album (release: winter 2008). don't miss it!

the album "silent mirror inside" is available in the first public store (berlin, germany). now the music will reach people who never heard of the project before.

under records, you can find a new song. "a restless stay". it is a spontaneous improvisation, played into the blue. you can download the complete version of the song as mp3-file. have fun.

unbelievable but true. finally, the cd has been delivered. at 16.20 p.m. a large package arrived and was unpacked immediately. wow, it just took 4 weeks ;o).

the last movement for the website-release are done. within the next 24 hours the site should be online.

the delivery-deadline for the CD is exceeded again, and we have to wait for another couple of days. now, I'm looking forward to the 21th. waiting can be so hard...
